IMPACT FUND
The EQmmunity Impact Fund is a 501c3 non-profit (Tax ID: 39-3057193) that provides scholarships for purpose-driven teens, veterans and community leaders to attend transformational EQ (emotional intelligence) leadership trainings at ChoiceCenter Leadership University.
These life-transforming trainings develop the emotional intelligence skills that empower people to lead with purpose, build healthy relationships, achieve personal and professional goals, and make a lasting impact on their communities.
We believe that by investing in the EQ development of future leaders, we can create a more empathetic and inclusive society – a world that works.

For students ages 13 - 17
TEEN LEADERSHIP
Teen Leadership is a 3-day experiential training that equips teens with the emotional intelligence tools to lead their lives with confidence, empathy, and accountability. Through dynamic exercises and coaching, students strengthen confidence, communication, resilience, and relationships with family, peers, and themselves.
For students ages 13 - 17
TEEN SAMURAI GAME®
The Teen Samurai Game®r is a high-impact, 3-day immersive experience where teens discover how they show up under pressure, in leadership, and in life. Through powerful role-play and reflection, students build courage, emotional strength, and clarity about the kind of leader they choose to be. Especially impactful for students who play sports.
For adults 18 +
Essential EQ Leadership Development
ChoiceCenter's Essential EQ Leadership training is a life-transforming, immersive experience that elevates emotional intelligence, resilience, and purpose-driven leadership. In just 16 days of in-room training and 100 days of transformational coaching, students create extraordinary results in business, relationships, health, and life that are sustainable and scalable.
